Welcome to Emmanuel Church! We’re so glad you found us. This page is designed to answer any questions you might have before your first visit and help you feel at home. What type of church is Emmanuel?
Emmanuel is an evangelical church. Emmanuel Church is a Gospel-centered, Bible-believing church that focuses on the Great Commission, which we call Gather, Grow, Go!

Where and when are the services?
We offer identical services on Sunday mornings at 8a, 9:30a, and 11:15a. We're located at 425 Luther Road, Johnstown, PA 15904, in the Richland region of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
What should I wear?
There's no dress code, of course. Some friends dress casually, while others dress up; it’s all good! Come as you are and wear whatever makes you most comfortable.
Where should I park?
We're so happy you're interested in visiting us! Please use our designated "NEW HERE? PARK HERE!" parking when visiting. It'll put you close to the door and is just one little way we can make sure you feel appreciated before you even step inside.
What is service like?
We always start our services with authentic, passionate praise and worship. One of our Pastors brings a message from God's Word, the Bible. We close with a time to respond to God in worship, prayer, and giving back to Jesus. Services last about an hour.

Where should I go first?
When visiting Emmanuel Church for the first time, your very first stop should be Guest Central, conveniently located right in the lobby as you walk in. Our friendly team there is ready to welcome you, answer any questions, and help you get connected with what’s happening at Emmanuel. Whether you’re looking for information about our services, next steps, or ways to get involved, Guest Central is the perfect place to start your journey with us.

What about my kids?
Our Kids ministry provides a hands-on weekend experience every Sunday. Visit the "New Family" check-in station, where our team will register your children and give them a name badge featuring a parent pick-up tag. Please let us know if your child has allergies or special requirements during check-in. If we need to contact you during service, your parent pick-up number will be displayed on the screen located in the Auditorium. At the end of the service, show your parent pick-up tag to the security personnel upon entering the Kids' wing, then to a teacher in your child’s classroom, and your child will be released to you.
