Emmanuel church is launching a women's ministry! This ministry will promote opportunities to allow women to be Loving God, Building Community and Making Disciples. It will invite women to deepen their relationship with Christ and encourage all of us to be using our God given gifts and abilities to make a difference in our families, in our community, and in our church.

ABLE Party | Tues, April 4 | 6p
Jesus loved giving invitations. And his most wonderful invitation of all was this: “Everyone who believes in me as their King and Rescuer will have life, with me, forever”. He was inviting people to heaven. An eternal party! The ABLE Ministry plans to celebrate this invitation by hosting a banquet to celebrate The Awesome Super Fantastic Forever Party (a story about heaven, Jesus, and the best invitation of all). The story was written by Joni Eareckson Tada.

Good Friday Service | Fri, April 7 | 7p
Jesus the ultimate portrayal of unconditional love. John 15:13 says, “greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends”. God’s plan was always Jesus. From the beginning of time, this incredible love was prophesied then delivered to end the tyranny of darkness. Jesus stepped in front of us and bore the sins of the world so that we may be forever loved and forgiven.

While we know the cross wasn’t the “end-all-be-all”, the Resurrection wouldn’t have been possible without the cross. So this series celebrates the sacrifice that was made. It will journey through the phases of the crucifixion by various, symbolic scenes, and ending with explosions of color, representing a life with salvation.
