What are Core Courses?
CORE is the vehicle by which people at Emmanuel Church become theologically trained, spiritually mature, and equipped to live out the Christian life.

APOLOGETICS
September - October
The core purpose is to equip and inspire believers to share their faith and be prepared to face difficult conversations, as is increasingly common in our society. Topics covered are truth, origin, morality, the distinction of Christianity, the proof of the resurrection, the historicity of Christ, the problem of pain, and how to have a conversation or respond to doubt.

ESSENTIAL
THEOLOGY
February - March

BIBLE STUDY METHODS
September - October
The course is intended to help learn practical tools for deepening their interaction with scripture. Focusing on an inductive method, this course covers both the importance of studying the Word and coaches through what it looks like.

THE SCRIPTURE NARRATIVE
February - March
